7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are currently shipped from Fuzhou, Fujian, China.
For U.S. orders, estimated transit time after processing is approximately 7–14 business days.
We currently offer free shipping on U.S. orders, and tracking is provided for all orders.
Our shipping arrangement includes customs clearance and applicable import-related charges, so U.S. customers are generally not expected to pay additional customs or clearance fees upon delivery.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Because skincare products are personal-use items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or products that have been opened or used.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with a clear quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, reshipment, or refund.
